Josh Davis
Director of Audio Production
[website]

Josh Davis may be the most dedicated engineer in Nashville. He runs his own studio in Nashville's famed Woodland Studios (Gillian Welch, Emmylou Harris, Neil Young) working with many of Music City's top musicians and artists. Before opening his studio, Josh worked on staff at Nashville's Sound Emporium Studios, assisted famed producer Charlie Peacock, and gained the distinction of House Engineer at Belmont University. All of these positions came as a result of Josh's dedication and long hours spent in the studio. He brings that same ingenuity and commitment to Submerge Media. "I want to convey," Josh says, "that the most important thing is that everything we do is for the betterment of the client."

Chip Hayner
Director of Web & Graphic Design
[website]

Chip Hayner brings years of web and graphic design experience to Submerge Media. Chip began his design career with a webmaster position at a national college ministry. He has since gone on to design websites for many organizations and artists including Midtown Fellowship, Andrew Osenga, and Emily DeLoach. There are several principles of web design Chip stresses. "The ease of use is huge. Usability is huge," Chip says. "I think what the website says at first glance is really important. Having a real clear goal in mind and real clear vision and who you want to speak to is probably the most important part of the whole thing."
